GOP health care plan one vote away from failure in the Senate

Senate Republicans are in a rush to pass a bill to repeal the Affordable Care Act by the end of September. Sen. John McCain has once again rejected the GOP plan and now Republicans can't afford to lose another vote. Paula Reid reports.
