Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell vowed Monday to be the "Grim Reaper" who will kill what he labeled socialist legislation, including the Green New Deal and Medicare For All measures advocated by Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and "nutcases running around on the fringe."
