The loss of support for the current health care bill from two more Republicans, Sens. Jerry Moran and Mike Lee, left the Senate majority leader without enough votes to move the bill forward.
The Republicans' revised bill includes a provision for conservative senators that would allow insurers to offer cheaper, bare-bones insurance plans and, to win over moderates, keep some Obamacare taxes on the wealthy.
